Clean, good atmosphere and good service.

Food was amazing!!! Our waitress was sweet but since it was so busy and they gave her more tables she had a hard time keeping up with everyone. I know if it wasn't busy I would have had a full drink at all times, but this was not her fault. The garden bar is to die for!!!!

I can’t say enough about the quality service I receive every time I step in the establishment! The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The servers provide presentable appearances with professional etiquette. Often I engage in meaningful conversation with the bar tenders as I frequent the restaurant on weekends. In particular, Cindy is typically working and she proactively already has my drink of choice made before I walk in the door! She’s not only knowledgeable but very considerate and accommodating!Then there’s the FOOD!! It’s always fresh! I have yet to have a meal where it wasn’t. I love the fact that there are so many healthy yet flavorable options! Tasty is an understatement!Management has mastered the art of blending delicious food combinations with exceptional service to create a positive dining experience!!

Went here after church today, had the brunch,O my Goodness the Salad bar was magnificent!! Everything on it! Variety of salad stuff!

Had steak, shrimp, fries and steamed broccoli. The steak was very tender and delicious, the shrimp was good but a little over seasoned for my taste. The fries were ok but a little over cooked and the broccoli was steamed only partially. Had a attentive waitress. It was a busy lunchtime, but pleasant atmosphere. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Great service and delicious food. The workers are really nice. I really like chicken fresco, and as a kid, I would order the grilled chicken, and have them add the sauces. They always could and the meal turned out to be just as delicious as the larger version.

The salad bar was fresher and well stocked compared to most places. Service was wonderful!

The server was fine, I guess, but the steak left a lot to be desired. The fat wasn't rendered and it wasn't seasoned - mind you, this is a $20 steak - and it came out lukewarm smothered in fake butter (half-melted only,) a couple of mushrooms and some random bits of store-bought cheese. Guys, you have to sear it before you put it in the oven. Thank God I had a coupon. No, I didn't show the coupon until after I'd gotten the food, and I did not complain to the server.

Wonderful experience here! Food and service were excellent! Kristin, our server took such great care of us we came back the next night and asked for her to be our server again! Hope to return when we pass through again. Thanks!

Ruby Tuesday is a great place to meet friends and family for a quick lunch or a relaxing meal. Kids are welcome and the kids' menu is good. Their "new" look is very nice - remodel is a few years old. The salad bar is the best with many varied items and a variety that should please everyone. Service is good; we had one bad experience but the server was not there for long. I think management pays attention to their patrons. Food is always served hot when it should be and cold when it should be and wait staff is attentive.

Sorry, RT is usually a great place. This one in SD on this particular night did not have the food for half the menu. Said they had been busy, and truck would run in the morning. Wish I would have been told before we were seated. Or better yet just shut your doors next time. Thx, sorry this time Ruby, it was a bust for me.

They were out of everything we ordered. We ordered ribeyes. After we got salads, we were informed they were out of ribeyes. Then we ordered top sirloin. Again we were informed they were out. We left without getting a meal and went somewhere else. The waitress was very nice, however, and professional.

The server was less than average. Took a long time to acknowledge us after being seated. Had to ask for coffee and refills. We had the brunch so basically served ourselves except water and coffee and that service was underwhelming. We always enjoy Sunday Brunch at Ruby Tuesday---today was the exception.

This is a great place to dine. The menu is very diverse. They have an amazing salad bar at all Ruby Tuesday's. Finding and accessing the business is easy and there is plenty of parking. This is definitely a well rounded dining area. I recommend trying their burgers in a wrap / low carb.

We want the salad bar and it wasn't available. So we went somewhere else.

I had the salad bar. The cucumbers were frozen, the broccoli was not good and brown. The broccoli salad had a tangy taste. The pasta salad was the same. Not many salads to choose from. Lots of toppings though. When we walked in the floors had food all over them, and several messy tables. Our waitress was very friendly.

Awesome experience! Chylo our waitress was amazing, very friendly and efficient!! The manager even came out and lit the fire place for me! Awesome food too!

Was on th waiting list, told half an hr, was less, waitress was very on point w/ drinks refills, & our ordered food, kids meals were perfect enuff 4 th 3 & 7 yr old. I was impressed w/Ruby Tuesday's, & will b back

Very disappointed, hair in my husbands food hair wrapped around the Ice Cube and his drink my shrimp were overcooked and all the manager did was take my shrimp off didn't offer to make me a new plate of food and take the drink off and left the steak on cuz he said he ate half of it even though it had a hair in it I will be calling management tomorrow and note to manager if you're in a management position and your customer has a complaint you don't come over and just take random items off you comp their home meal for the inconvenience of poor service, he want to welcome them back and reassure that it would not happen again this guy did not have a clue as to what he was doing. It's sad cuz I'm from Rapid City South Dakota and I've traveled all over with the military and this is the worst service from management ever, I would not suggest this location in Rapid City South Dakota.

Terrible server. Seemed like he spent more time watching TV in the bar then doing his job. Steak was overdone after sitting in the kitchen for 45 minutes. Salad bar is EXCELLENT!!! I BELIEVE it's a great place to eat. The other staff was very nice. But I'm pretty sure our waiter was high!

This Location is so much better than the other Ruby Tuesday’s I’ve been to, they have a great outdoor patio area with fire pit and great views of the city. Excellent Full Fresh Salad Bar!!

Fabulous serviceI ordered online via video phone. Very friendly customer service vtgey double checked my order while I was on the phone. Then when I went in for pick up the girl at the hostess station signed!! Very helpful!! All were nice. Some staff signed thank you.

Ordered through door dash, so easy and worked great. I ordered the Smokey mountain chicken, says it's topped with BBQ sauce, two kinds of cheese and bacon. Mine came with a carmelized BBQ sauce (which was very good), but no cheese and no bacon. 😕

The service was very good however the food left a lot to be desired. I had Cajun shrimp with the fish the first plate that was brought out had a hair on the shrimp. My sauteed veggies were very good the baked potato was not good. It was dry inside and tasted like it was over baked a couple of times. And unfortunately when the new dish of the Cajun shrimp and fish was brought out it was so caked with the Cajun seasoning. It was not edible. Very disappointed Next time if there is a next time, I'll hit the salad bar up.

Great salad bar, it was clean and full! The salad bar alone is worth going for! The food we ordered was good. My steak was a touch overdone but very good flavor. Love their roasted vegetables. My daughter had a shrimp and pasta dish, her shrimp was too spicy for her so I tasted it to see if I could trade her mine. Hers was too salty for me. I asked if they could just bring her some plain boiled shrimp. I was worried they would only being her a couple and she loves shrimp. But they brought her out several and she loved them. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing salad bar and more

Good service, great food, and the atmosphere is great!! Really really enjoy this place!

I had the soup and salad lunch special it was the crispy salad lunch special. the soup was a tomato bisque it was warm and not hot, the salad was quite small for the cost and it had two types of lettuce and one of the lettuces was quite bitter in taste. The waitress never came back by after the meal was served and asked how it was, we never had a really friendly vibe from her and It didn't seem to have a friendly atmosphere. I'm not sure that I would go back for lunch again. I would say that the soup had a good flavor.
